Dear Parents/ Caregivers,

A Busy Few Weeks - What a busy few weeks it has been for returning forms, raffle tickets and money. We do appreciate that a number of forms and requests for money all came at the same time and we thank you for working through them with us. We do endeavour to space these out but unfortunately, on this occasion, there was a need for them to all go out together. If you haven't already, don't forget to return your photo envelopes so that they are ready for photo day on Monday 11th September. We also do understand that with lots of notes going out it can sometimes become confusing, so please feel free to contact the class teacher or the office if you need clarification at any stage, we are all more than happy to go through any of the forms and clear up any confusion.

Father's Day Breakfast - Thank you very much to our P&F, especially Leesa and her team of Year 5 helpers, for this morning's very special Father's Day Breakfast. It was a wonderful occasion for the father figures in our students lives, and there was only a small amount of rain to content with throughout the morning. It was great to see so many turn up and enjoy each other's company.

Mrs Michelle Martin - I am happy to inform the community that the process of appointing a teacher to Year 1 for Term 4 has been completed. Mrs Michelle Martin will be taking on the Year 1 role for the reminder of the year. Many of you may know Michelle as she has been a relief teacher at St Dominic's School in the past. Michelle comes with significant experience in the early years and is very excited about joining our team for the remainder of the year. Michelle visited the class yesterday afternoon and will be returning later in the term to continue working with Hannah to ensure the transition is as smooth as possible.

Have a wonderful weekend and happy Father's Day to all the father figures in your lives.

God bless,

Leon Bolding
Principal
