Dear Parents/ Caregivers,

The year is quickly drawing to a close, with only two weeks until we farewell our graduating class and give thanks for the year that has been. It is certainly a busy time of the year with a lot happening around the school.

I was lucky enough to spend a day with our Year 6 campers last week, who from all accounts had an amazing experience. See below for more about the camp and a folder of photos you may wish to explore. We sincerely thank Mr Sullivan, Mrs Smith, Miss Walsh and Mr Bovell who were away from their families looking after the children last week.

Thank you to those members of our school community who were able to attend our recent Annual Community Meeting. Thank you also to our School Board and P&F Association for presenting reports related to their specific roles. The evening was a great opportunity to look back over the year that has been and to share a glimpse of what is on the horizon for St Dominic's School in 2018. For your interest, a copy of the Principal's Report can be accessed here.

Our final P&F Meeting for the year is on this Wednesday night, commencing at 7:00pm in the school hall. All are welcome to attend and be a part of the decision making process for next year.  The P&F are also putting on some refreshments to help celebrate and acknowledge the amazing work that has been completed in 2017.

Only one more eNewsletter to go for 2017, so please do take the time to read through the articles below.

God bless,

Leon Bolding
