Invitation to Attend a Draw Near Faith & Social Reality Masterclass

As you know, the Draw Near Program is collecting food and hygiene items for vulnerable people at this time of COVID-19.  The minority groups we are helping include international students, people seeking asylum and the housebound in the local neighbourhood.

As part of the Program, a masterclass will be offered by Deacon Greg Lowe on Thursday, 10th September at 9.00am – 10.00am at St Dominic’s School, face-to-face and online at the same time.  The Draw Near Faith & Social Reality masterclass will:

  1. look at a Gospel passage explaining what neighbourly love is
  2. provide some information from government on who asylum seekers are
