The students had a wonderful opportunity to learn about science in Noongar art last Wednesday with Dale Tilbrook, a Wardandi Bibbulmun woman. Dale explained how natural materials were sourced and mixed to create long-lasting paints, and helped the students to make an ochre painting of their own. They used their hands to create a print, animal tracks and other images.
