Science Week Fun at St Dominic’s

This morning the whole school took part in Science Week activities, led by our wonderful Year 6 students.  They stepped up to the plate this year and ran some amazing activities, including lava lamps, an exploding volcano, snow fluff, ooblek, elephant toothpaste and orange fizzies. It was a sensory experience with the students tasting, looking, listening and feeling all sorts of interesting mixtures. Well done to the Year 6 students and thanks to Mr Willesee for running the rocket station and Mrs Ceic for running the catapult activity.  Click on the link below to see some of the photos from the morning.
