The Pre- Primary to Year 6 Semester 1 Reports will be live on the SEQTA Engage website  https://stdominics.coneqt-p.cathednet.wa.edu.au/ on Friday, 1st July at 4:00pm.

The site will be accessible using your previously set up username and password.  To ensure access when the reports go live, you may wish to check your details prior to the release date.  If you have remembered your username but forgotten your password, please click on the ‘Forgot your Password?‘ link and an immediate email will be sent to you from SEQTA.  The email will expire within one hour, so endeavour to action this immediately.

If you have forgotten both of these, then please contact the school by clicking here and we can remind you of your username or reset the account for you.

If you are new to using SEQTA Engage, you should have received an email this week that will enable you to set up a new log in account.  This email will expire within 7 days, so action this as soon as possible.

Changes to the Report Format

This year, you will see a change to the report format.  Previously, teachers have entered grades and efforts for all learning areas, and a comment has been provided for Religious Education, English and Mathematics.  Instead of comments for these three learning areas, you will now see a description of the expected standard for each strand or learning area.  These descriptions are based on the Achievement Standards in the WA Curriculum and are specific to the concepts taught and assessed in Semester One by your child’s teacher.  Reports for all students will display the expected standard for a C grade and the grade given on the report will indicate your child’s achievement against this standard.  An example of what this will look like is below.

2022 Semester 1 Student Reports - Available on Friday, 1st July

This change means that we are able to provide you more detailed information about the content that has been taught and assessed in the semester, that which the reported grades and efforts are based upon.

The final page of the report will still include personal and social learning and a general comment for each child.

Parent/ Teacher Interviews

Following the holiday break, if you would like to meet with a teacher to discuss any aspect of your child’s report, please email them directly in Week 1 of Term 3 and arrange a time that is suitable for you both.

If you have any issues at all with regards to accessing your child’s report, please do not hesitate to contact the school by clicking here.
