I am pleased to provide you with the following details regarding our Year 4 and Year 5 Perth Mint, Convicts and Colonials City Walking Tour and Kings Park excursion on Friday, 25th November. This excursion has been planned to supplement the following work being completed in your child’s classroom: Western Australian History, the gold rush and the importance of gold in Australia
The class will depart from St Dominic’s School at 9:30am and return at 2:30pm.
Travel will be by bus.
Activities to be undertaken include:
- Perth Mint
- Convicts and Colonials Walking Tour
- Lunch and Play in Kings Park
Special clothing or other requirements include:
- School Sports Uniform – White and Grey polo top
- School Hat
- Small Bag/ Backpack
If, for whatever reason, you need to contact your child during the excursion, please call the school office who will then contact one of the supervising staff members.
