Welcome to the new school year. Â As many of you commence the application process for your child to attend a Catholic high school, you will find that a reference from your Parish Priest is requested.
One purpose for the reference is to offer me, as the pastor of this Catholic community, an opportunity to meet with you personally. Â It is also a chance for us to have a discussion on what you hope a Catholic education would offer your child.
Therefore, rather than leave the form at the office, please email me (bernard.lanarolle@perthcatholic.org.au) to arrange a time for us to meet. Â Alternatively, please see me after any of the weekend Masses.
I look forward to meeting with you all and thank you very much for approaching the request for a school reference more personally.
God bless you.
