Enrolment

Thank you for your interest in St Dominic’s School, Innaloo. Our enrolment process is designed to support you in the important decision of selecting a school for your child. Families are warmly invited to tour our school, meet our staff and learn more about the opportunities available to our students. We look forward to welcoming you to the St Dominic’s School community.

Please follow the steps below:

1.      Complete and submit the initial enquiry form linked below. We will then be in touch to book a tour and provide the link to the full enrolment package.
2.      Once you have completed the enrolment form, the school will review your application in line with Catholic Education Western Australia’s (CEWA) Enrolment Executive Directive.
3.      If offered an enrolment interview, you will attend this meeting with the Principal and with your child.

When completing an application for enrolment to attend St Dominic’s School, you will be asked to provide copies of the following documentation:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptism Certificate (if baptised)
• Immunisation Records (Australian Immunisation Register)

If Applicable:
• Most Recent School Report
• NAPLAN Results
• Passport/ Visa if born outside of Australia
• If a student is born in Australia and the parents are born overseas, please include a copy of a parent’s citizenship or residency documents.
• Passport/ Visa if born outside of Australia
• Current Restraining Orders/ Custodial Order
• Parish Priest reference. Alternatively, your Parish Priest may wish to email the form to the Principal via admin@stdominics.wa.edu.au
