On Tuesday students from Kindy to Year Six had a visit from Perform Education, the official partner of The Children’s Book Council of Australia, as they presented the musical adventure of Treasure Hunt.
This action-packed show, in celebration of CBCA’s 80th Anniversary, featured a selection of the 2025 CBCA Short Listed books, some of which the children had explored in our school Library.
The two main characters in the show -Jess and George went on a quest to find the treasure that had gone missing from their homes. Despite their differences Jess and George worked together to over come their distrust and obstacles to find the treasure.
