On Thursday, our students in Kindy to Year 2 were lucky enough to take part in a Tennis Clinic run by All Star Tennis, who are a new external sports provider in the local area.
For the Year 1 and 2 students, the clinic was an opportunity to consolidate hand-eye co-ordination and two handed strike skills, which has been a focus over the last term through sports such as Hockey and Teeball. Students were able to volley and get the ball over the net successfully.
For our Kindy and Pre-Primary students, there was a bit more of a focus on ball control with some racquet play. By all reports, all students had a blast.
