Due to the short three day COVID-19 lockdown this long weekend, WA’s Anzac Day services were cancelled, however, we once again came together as a community to get involved in the ‘Light up the Dawn’ Anzac Day mini-services in our driveways. An opportunity to mark ANZAC Day with a moment of private reflection in remembrance of those who have served and sacrificed for our nation.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning,
We will remember them.
Lest we forget!
