We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding the Performing Arts Festival Choir performance on Wednesday 27th August, 2025. This excursion has been planned to support the performance opportunities for the St Dominic’s Year 3-6 School Choir. The Catholic Performing Arts Festival differs from the OneBigVoice festival as it is a more formal performance and an opportunity to receive feedback, as well as hear other schools perform.
The choir will travel by bus to the Vasto Club in Balcatta. Students will depart the school at 9:30am and return to school by 11:30am. Our session is from 10:00am – 11:00am.
Students are to wear full school winter uniform, including:
· Stockings & skirt OR pants for girls
· Maroon jumper
· Clean, polished shoes
· Hair tied back and off the face. A hair ribbon in the school colours will be provided
If you wish to attend the performance, tickets must be purchased online via TRYBOOKING on the Spirit of the Arts website www.spiritofthearts.com.au. Tickets will be on sale Friday 4th July 2025.
Ticket pricing:
Adults $5.00
Children – school age, not performing $3.00
Children – under school age, no charge.
If, for whatever reason, you need to contact your child during the excursion, please call the school office who will then contact one of the supervising staff members.
