Postcard from Miss Brush

Olá!

We have received a postcard from our wonderful Pre Primary teacher, Miss Brush, who is currently in Portugal for this year’s World Youth Day!

World Youth Day is an annual global Catholic festival that aims to unite Catholic pilgrims between the ages of 14 and 30 in their faith journeys, offering pilgrimage, reflection and volunteering opportunities over a jam-packed period of 6 days.

Miss Brush was lucky enough to be selected for this incredible opportunity and shared the following words for us:

“Today completed the Camino de Santiago Portugués yesterday – a total of 120kms not including the afternoon walking around the hilly streets of Spain!

It really was an amazing experience that I can’t wait to share more about when I’m home. The team I am with are all really wonderful, kind and caring people. Tomorrow we head to Lisbon in PortugalPfor World Youth Week, where I anticipate it to be very busy as we have already seen and met so many others that are coming too.”

We would like to thank Miss Brush for sharing her experiences with us and wish her safe travels and all the very best for the remainder of the festival!
