We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding the Kaboom Percussion Incursion on Monday 30th June, 2025.
This excursion has been planned to support the Music curriculum for this term where we have been exploring the music elements of rhythm, pitch, timbre and form as well as performance and responding to music.
Students in Pre Primary to Year 6 will be watching and participating in an hour-long performance by Kaboom Percussion that involves the science of sound production, showing students how they can recycle and reuse everyday items to craft their own unique musical creations and the use of body percussion to create rhythms and grooves.
The incursion will take place at the school.
