As I step into my new role as Principal of St Dominic’s, I want to extend my sincere thanks to the entire school community—staff, students, and families—for the warm and thoughtful welcome I have received.
From the smiling faces at the school gates to the kind words of encouragement and the emails, I have felt truly embraced by this vibrant and caring community. It has been a joy to begin getting to know our students, whose energy and curiosity are already a highlight of my day. I am equally grateful to the dedicated staff who have been so generous with their time, knowledge, and support as I find my footing.
To the parents and carers, thank you for your trust and partnership. I am looking forward to working closely with you to ensure every child continues to thrive and feel valued. St Dominic’s School has a wonderful reputation as being an outstanding Catholic school of choice, one where faith is nurtured, learning blooms and joy abounds. I can say personally as I close my first week here, St Dominic’s has well lived up to its outstanding reputation.
It is a privilege to be part of The Leadership Team of a school with such an amazing and dynamic character, and I’m excited for all that we will achieve together in the ensuing years.
