School Photo Day Information and Envelopes

Sent home in your child’s bag on Thursday was a photo envelope for the upcoming School Photos on Tuesday, 28th May.  Every child in the school has received a specifically coded individual envelope with all instructions clearly outlined on the front.

To assist with the first instruction, ‘This envelope MUST be handed to the School Office prior photo day (even if not buying photos)’, we ask that you return all envelopes to the classroom teacher who will then forward them to the office.  Please note that all envelopes need to be returned, even if you are not purchasing photos.

Family photos are also available.  These order envelopes were sent home with students also.  Any family photo envelopes that are returned will also be bundled up and given to the photographer on the day.  Only families who have returned these forms will have a family photo taken.

If paying in cash, please ensure that you have the correct money inside each envelope, as the office staff will not be opening the envelopes to check.  Incorrect money may result in there being a delay with the printing of your photos.

Students are expected to wear their full winter uniform on the day, including the school jumper.  Pre-Primary students should wear their grey and white shirt.  Kindy children can wear their faction coloured shirt if they have one, or their normal neat casual clothes.  Please refer to the School Uniform Requirements document for other information regarding hair ties/ styles, jewellery, socks and shoes.

To help us to ensure that the day runs as smooth as possible, we ask that you return your photo envelopes to school by Thursday 16th May.

If you have any questions in regards to school photos, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with office staff.
