On Tuesday, the day before Ash Wednesday and the the start of Lent, we will be celebrating Shrove Tuesday with our students. Â As well as teaching the students about the history and traditions associated with Shrove Tuesday, we would like to share a pancake snack with our students. Â Some of our classes will be making pancakes, while other will be enjoying store bought pancakes from Woolworths. Â Alternative arrangements will be made for those students with allergies, however, if you would prefer that your child DID NOT receive a pancake please contact your child’s classroom teacher before the day.
