The Year 6 class are holding a blanket appeal to donate to the St Vincent de Paul Society to help those in need this Winter. We should reach out to those who are less fortunate than us because they need our help and would be so grateful to be given something small to help them.
During Term 2 , St Dominic’s School will be collecting blankets in good condition to support those in the community. These can be sent into the front office where they will be placed in a large donation box. In Week 10 of Term 2, we will organise for a representative from St Vincent de Paul to come and collect the donations and take them to those in need.
