Parent Teacher Meetings – Week 9

During Week 9 of Term 1, St Dominic’s staff will provide time to conduct Parent Teacher Meetings with all families. This year, teachers will be available for sessions from 1:20pm-4:30pm on Tuesday, 31st March while students participate in lessons and activities with specialist teachers and other school staff. There will also be some additional times available before and after school in Week 9.

We are once again using Microsoft Bookings to organise our Parent Teacher Interview times.  Please follow the steps and notes below to select a suitable day and time to engage with your child’s teacher.

1. Click on the link located below.
2. Select the appropriate staff member from the drop down menu.
   • Ben Comito and Donna Bathols in Year 5 have prepared their notes collaboratively.  Please select Ben Comito from the drop down menu to make a time.
3. Select any date between Monday, 30th March and Thursday, 2nd April.  All other dates will be greyed out and unclickable.
4. Once a date and time has been selected, families are asked to complete the required questions prior to clicking on the ‘Book’ button at the bottom of the page.
   • If you are unable to attend a face to face meeting and would prefer a phone call, please include this in the notes when completing your booking.
5. Once booked, families will receive an email confirming the date and time selected.  If required, the email also provides a link that enables you to cancel your selected time and choose an alternative.
6. A reminder email will automatically be sent 24 hours before your scheduled meeting.
7. Finally, please remember to be on time, as being late will impact on the next scheduled meeting and you may run the risk of your appointment being cancelled.
