Term 4 Uniform Information and Sports Days

It is expected that all students will have now returned to Term 4 wearing the correct summer uniform, as outlined in our school uniform requirements document.  A copy of this document is located below and always available on our school website here.

Please note that all uniform items, except shoes, are to be purchased from the uniform shop.  Alternative clothing items purchased from stores such as Target or Kmart, are not in line with the schools uniform requirements and should not be worn.  Please also note that black runners should not be worn with the formal school uniform.  Black leather style school shoes are required when wearing the formal uniform.

Uniform orders may be placed using the order form located on the school website here.  Families are encouraged to download, complete and email a copy of the form to Peta, using the admin@stdominics.wa.edu.au email address.  Peta will then pack the order and once payment is received, send the items home.  An online ordering option will be available in the next few weeks.

Below are the Term 4 Sports days for students in Pre Primary to Year 6.  Included is the respective sports top for each day.  Your support in ensuring your children are wearing the correct uniform on the appropriate day is greatly appreciated.

Please remember to label all items with your child’s name/ surname, especially jumpers and tracksuit tops, which are constantly finding their way to the lost property basket in the front office.  Labelling items will make it much easier for staff to get them back to your child.

Thank you for your ongoing support of our school uniform requirements.  Please know that support and understanding will be provided with regards to difficulties families may face in meeting the schools uniform requirements.  If your child will not be wearing the correct uniform, please contact your child’s classroom teacher and inform them about why and when the correct item will be purchased.
