You may have noticed some wonderful changes happening around our school recently! From the end of Term 3 through the holidays, several exciting projects have been completed.
Entrance Garden Transformation
Thanks to the creative input from our Year 6 students, our entrance garden has been beautifully planted! The students thoughtfully selected plants, including Orange Jessamine hedging and four varieties of roses—each representing one of our Faction Saints. Their hard work in planning the space and clearing weeds has truly paid off, with the roses now blooming brightly and welcoming everyone to our school.
Early Years Playground
We are thrilled to share that two new trees have been planted in the Early Years playground, complete with root barriers and repaired reticulation. These trees were carefully chosen to provide shade and enhance the natural feel of the space. Plus, a fresh layer of playground mulch has made the area look fantastic and ready for play!
New Doors
Four rooms now feature new glass doors, bringing in more natural light and improving visibility into learning spaces. The Specialist classroom, Library, Year 6 classroom, and Social Worker room all now match the rest of our school’s modern look. While a few finishing touches are still underway, they have made such a difference to these spaces.
Welcome Sign
It has been wonderful to see our Welcome Sign above the Kiss and Ride entrance repaired. With new weatherproofing of the timber and fixing of the signage, it provides a vibrant welcome to our school.
This newsletter also includes updates from our P&F about exciting future projects planned around the school. We are so grateful for the continued support and enthusiasm from our school community!
