Our parent information session for the Year 5 and 6 parents, presented by the Centre for Life, Marriage and Family, is scheduled for this coming Tuesday, 17th May. With an increase in COVID-19 cases in our community, a decision has been made to move this to an online forum, with a new starting time of 6:00pm.
Christine from The Centre for Life, Marriage and Family will facilitate the Zoom session and has provided the details below. The session will start with information about the Year 5 program from 6:00pm-7:00pm before moving on to the Year 6 program from 7:10pm-8:10pm. Year 5 parents are very welcome to stay on for both sessions, however, she has requested that parents stay connected through the sessions rather than disconnecting and re-joining at a later time, to minimise disruptions to the presentations.

On Friday, 17th May, Year 5 students will take part in the ‘I am Nature’s Greatest Miracle’ presentation, while the Year 6 students will take part in the ‘Becoming a Man/Woman’ presentations at school. The purpose of the parent evening will be to inform parents about the information that will be presented, by the Centre of Life, Marriage and Family staff, to the students during their sessions at school.
As students develop and mature, it’s important that parents are there to guide and nurture their children. The information session will give you as parents valuable information about how you can best support your child.
